Just for clarification, the kid is on the team, right? We’re not just pulling someone out of the stands here are we? Sometimes my depth perception is off when I take my three panel look into the daily life in Milford.
What a great day! Rick Scott giving vital info to “Friday Night Fever” Thorp in P1. P2- In tonghts episode of “As the DiscoBall Turns”, the part of Bob Vila will be played by Matt Shaw. P3- Marty looks thirsty. Anyone have a match?_
I don’t know how things work in Milford, but players couldn’t play the JV game and the varsity game when I was in high school nor when my son was in high school. Too bad I would have loved to have doubled up on my games played.
I was in the Peanut Galley on the Howdy Doody show on a visit to New York to see relatives. My grandmother grew up with Whitey Ford’s mother, and had connections. I met Clarabell ( who went on to become Capt. Kangeroo), and started reading Gil Thorp a few years later. Gil needs to be ahead of the curve and give up all kicking, even punts. Run behind Little Bobby.
In some states, a JV player can play 1 quarter if they played earlier. Of course, in most states, the JV season has been long over and we’re deep into the playoffs. At this pace, MILFord’s season will be over after the Super Bowl.

Gil looks more he’s telling a fish story than coaching a football game. And Marty looks absolutely appalled. Tolan’s bad shoulder is hardly a secret.

I suspect that Jarvis White, he isn’t.

We all know mudcat’s boy Bobby should be taking over. He could play guard and QB. The fumblerooski every play.

Your starting safety/punter is your backup QB? What in the name of Slingin’ Sammy Baugh is going on here?

Any qb with a gap between his front teeth can’t be all bad. Looks kind of like Howdy Doody (boy, does that go way back).

The JV QB would not be on the sidelines, they would have had a game the day before. You can’t play two games in the same week.

Shouldn’t Gil be worried about the PAT or going for 2 instead of Mile’s hamstring right now?

Coming into the game at quarterback is, uh, Taylor Laudner?

Sammy Baugh and Howdy Doody? Thank God there are some people as old as I am that still read this pointless drivel.
