Why's it such a guy thing? Bernice: Probably 'cuz cartoonists spend the whole day sittin' around tryin' to be funny. Luann: Yeah. And what woman has time to do that? Bernice: Plus, I think you gotta smoke a pipe or somethin'.

Cathy, drawn by Cathy Guisewite, debuted on November 22, 1976. On August 11, 2010, Cathy Guisewite announced the decision to end the run of Cathy. The final strip ran on October 3, 2010.

I was so invested in FBoFW! I cried when Farley died saving April! It still gets me choked up thinking about it.
