I’ve been going through old “Thatababy” strips with my kids, and for some reason, this one struck me REALLY funny. I was laughing for several minutes, tears in my eyes and everything. My kids think I am strange. =]
I noticed that the owners are using retractable leashes. The leashes can be dangerous to the dogs. If the dog decides to chase something, when the dog runs out of slack in the leash, it can pop their neck. Not a good thing to have happen.
The SF problem he’s alluding to is human beings [the “unhoused,” as the city administration likes to call them-it sounds so much more PC than “homeless drifters,”] pooping and peeing in public areas. They started a five employee cleanup crew in response. There…fixed it!
