When I was about 9, our dachshund ate some of the Mylar “icicles” off the Christmas tree, and she had a poop train follow her the next day. Little nuggets all on a string, dragging behind her. She walked in circles trying to look at it and finally dad caught her and, with gloves, pulled the strings out slowly. After that, we never put those icicles on the tree down where she could reach as she loved to eat them, for some odd reason.
Glad you took my advice and went to the vet ER. Saved Cagney a lot of pain and you a lot of money. And couldn’t you have made me a friend of Jan instead of Mrs. Belmont???
