The HAPPY ENDING! DR. CESSPOOL! THE EPILOGUE!! Nurse: So your license to practice medicine has been RESTORED! Doctor: Yup! It's been a rough time, but it was GOOD for me! Working as a waiter, I got to spend time with REAL people! I found out that they're INTIMIDATED by doctors! They're in AWE of us! That's not good! When I treat people, I want them to see me as a REGULAR GUY! I don't want them to think of me as a doctor! Nurse: Well I know I don't think of you as a doctor! Doctor: Now, nurse, enough of your flattery! Hi! What seems to be the problem?

The problem’s pretty obvious – a lumberjack (from what it looks like from the comic) accidentally hit himself with an ax and somehow got stuck to his head.
