My guess is that Nate was inspired by the Thor comics, the movies hadn’t been out yet and I highly doubt Nate knows pretty much anything about Norse mythology.

Another one of my favourite arcs! Fitting enough, it’s fresh and a change of pace, plus you can really feel Chad’s rising presence! Also, I love Thor, so double win!
