BRENDA STARR: See today’s gocomics.com/dicktracy (thanks for the heads-up marvee!). Today’s Tracy strip features the Flash newsroom and Hank O’Hair. Tarry Plaguer has a comment (at Tracy) re B.S. reprints.
Apartment 3-G – Now Paul is going to tell her what dress to buy. This control freak is going to lose his fiancé pretty soon now.Judge Parker – Frankly, I appreciate Sam’s attitude. I’d probably feel the same way.Mandrake – It was them!Mark Trail – I repeat. Mark isn’t going to write his article.Mary Worth – Fast operators!Phantom – What’s Victor going to do?Rex Morgan – Will Rex cut his vacation short and go rescue Summer? We’ll soon find out!Annie – Here’s the link to Today’s Annie .Dick Tracy – As Florchi pointed out, we have a crossover going with Brenda Starr characters appearing in Dick Tracy. I’m hoping Tracy will wind up rescuing Annie!
And Hank says that Brenda “is working” on a story.A3G – How does Paul always know where she is? I’m betting there’s a family heirloom she has to wear. But I’m surprised they didn’t tell her that from the beginning.RMMD – Time’s wasting.Judge – I wonder how the book tour is going. Where is Randy’s stalker? Doesn’t anyone in this town need a lawyer to be in his office?Mark – Mother McQueen seems sincere.Mandrake – Them varmints messed with his car!
Apartment 3-G – I agree with David that Paul likely already has a dress picked out for her, likely one used by someone in HIS familyDick Tracy – Flash newsroom crossover!Mark Trail – maybe the story about the tame animals and gold can be written as a fiction story
@FLORCHI: Many years ago (in 1993, before the epedemic of ID theft) my wallet was picked in Chinatown, NY during New Year celebrations. I stopped all my cards but days later my wallet was mailed back to me, minus the cash. The thief had dropped it in the mailbox. Since then I keep my cards, etc. in a separate pocket from my wallet.
