    If God had meant man to eat sour milk, he would have made angry cows. Ever seen an angry cow ? I don’t think so. Enough said.

    Properly cultured yogurt is not sour and it contains probiotics – stuff that your gut needs to digest food and that antibiotics destroy.As for the question “Why does it have an expiration date?” There’s beneficial bacteria and non-beneficial bacteria. Any food hanging around long enough will develop non-beneficial bacteria.
