Hmmm……. I was going to say the owners were using blue bowl cleaner, but then the spot would be green. I don’t have a clue.

Is it actually blue, though? Sometimes snow can look blue when a shadow is cast on it.
King George IV (the one that lost the American Colonies) had blue urine at one stage. Believed to be porphyra, which also causes temporary madness.
