Dr, Mel, so horribly maligned…

I blame Dirk Raider for everything. Hurricanes … asteroids … ingrown toenails … all Dirk Raider’s fault.

Of course, always jumping to conclusions, eh Brewster.

Doesn’t every evil scientist have one?

That’s what I want for Christmas!

It’s Obama’s fault.

no. its Macys fault. not the first time a balloon has gone astray there.

Pluto is not going to recover its planet status with this kind of behavior.

I blame it on their inflated egos – and the fact that there are no strings attached.

I blame it on the ballooning debt crisis.

Dr. Mel is exaggerating his technical prowess. He doesn’t REALLY have a ray gun capable of this.There can only be one entity responsible: Gozer the Gozerian, the Destructor.

On SNL in the ‘80s (before the show went completely to pot), Dennis Miller mentioned the Soviet Union’s parades where they show off their military might. He said that if the USSR watches our parades on TV, they probably think our greatest weapon is a gigantic Underdog balloon.

I think Dr Mel’s inflated ego is blown way out of proportion….

The incredible thing is that Dr. Mel thinks he’s so invulnerable he doesn’t even need plausible deniability.
