Yes, me. This is the right turn signal in each state I lived in except Conn. There you had to make a “pass me” wave of your hand.
Paratus — When I got my driver’s license (all the way back in 1963), one had to demonstrate the hand signals as part of the testing. Wonder how many states still require that. Many drivers probably never open a car window.
That’s because they’re too busy texting with one hand, and drinking their $tarbux in the other.
