Nab, sadly, the poor turkeys (the ones with feathers, that is) didn’t have a say in the matter.We had a 20-pound turkey for dinner. He really was thankful for the corn and other treats.

Charlotte would have lobbied for the well being of pigs, but she never had the chance to try bacon.

Well as long as it’s NOT the tofu lobby.

Just add a spray of pepper and you have a Walmart meal.

Let’s have a cheers for equality. Pass the peas.

Side of ham please with the leftover stuffing — yum!

Turkey may own Thanksgiving, but how many times during the rest of the year does anyone eat it? I may add the occasional slice of smoked turkey breast to a sandwich, but it never really crosses my culinary radar except on Thanksgiving. It’s a one and done.

My family has turkey all year around – it’s great – and easy and quick to cook – the little turkey breasts go into the roaster frozen, and come out very juicy and good! Makes great sandwiches, casseroles, glop, and it’s good for you.

Did somebody say tofu? That stuff looks like toe jam. It probably tastes like it too.

Did somebody say breasts?

Turkey is the Thanksgiving Guest Of Honor!

The lobby must want us to pig out, or is that the turkey lobby.
