    Nope, catching a cold has nothing to do with being cold. Inmates in unheated concentration campa in WWII often starved or froze to death, but they seldom caught colds, one reason being they seldom came into contact with anyone new that they could catch one from. You are much more likely to get sick after flying on an airplane breathing in its sea of bacteria than being caught outside without your coat on a winter day.
