Best snow memory is getting out of it and lighting a big fire in the fireplace. Don’t have to worry about that anymore living in Hawaii. Stay warm my friends.
Used to love to dig tunnels in the giant piles of snow left by the snowplow (our yard abuts a large parking lot, so the pile ends up in the yard – which we’re fine with). Love skiing & skating, too.
One of my favorite snow memories was visiting a huge outdoor market in Moscow during a January visit. It was extremely cold (although those famous Russian fur hats really keep your noggin toasty warm) and snowing like crazy. The market sold everything, including fine art and antiques, and when the snow covered something up, the shopkeeper just brushed it off. Those Russians are a hearty lot.
I don’t have to worry about snow too much anymore, but when I lived in The Great White North my favorite snow activity was gettting 2,000 miles away from it. I have always loathed, despised and detested snow with every fiber of my being. Of course that was probably infuenced by the fact thatI was shovelling it since the age of 7. At that age I probably looked forward to baseball spring training.
Skiing and walking to good restaurants to eat, when in CO. At home in TX it’s pretty rare, but we had a White Christmas a year or two ago! One of the biggest snows I had seen here.

The only thing snow is good for is snuggling up with a fire, a warm blanket and my family. I love that warm fuzzy feeling.
