Find the animated image (.gif or other suitable filetype) you want on an online image host e.g. http://www.smileyvault.com. Right click and select ‘Copy Image Location’ (image location = URL)
Paste the image URL into a simple word processor like NotePad (All Programs|Accessories|NotePad)
e.g. http://www.smileyvault.com/albums/userpics/10172/b-wink.gif
Add this HTML tag (img src=“) to the begininning of the line, and another set of quotes (”) at the end of the line, so you have the following:
img src=“http://www.smileyvault.com/albums/userpics/10172/b-wink.gif” — and now you have to enclose this line in angle-brackets, i.e. this one < at the start, and this one > at the end.
Copy & Paste the complete line complete with angle-brackets into your comment and voila! you have:
