This is the first “Get Fuzzy” comic. This was drawn during the ’90s Tickle Me Elmo craze. Pets, such as cats and dogs, really do get in fights with toys. It was a bad idea for Rob to bring his cat (especially one like Bucky) into the store in the first place.

huh, interesting beginning. Not really suitable, identifying the characters, setting, how the rest of the strip is going to play out, but it’s laughable and works.

The real reason Bucky beat up that muppet is explained in december 2012 – early 2013.

Bucky was a better looking cat in the early days. Years of being psychotic takes its toll.
