Rob explains, as Satchel and Bucky look on: "See, I can leave all the programs I use open all the time--MULTITASKING, baby, it's allll about mmmu..." Bucky asks: "It crashes at 1.2 googlehertz too, eh?" Rob has his hand on his mouth and looks at the computer screen. Satchel says: "You're right! That screen is SUPER BLACK!"

No. In 2002, unless Rob’s beta testing, it would be XP, potentially NT or ME/2000/NT.

It is not any particular OS. It represents the intrinsic crappiness of what software companies ironically call ‘upgrades’.
