Beni’s dad doesn’t know he has the hammer..or maybe he does..

If I had a hammer…I’d hammer ornamental mooses…lots more fun than pushing them…around in the dirt!

Did Petey know that Beni was going to hammer the moose?

Beni mooseta thought it was a pinata.

Have hammer, will travel (as long as I don’t have to cross the street). Alice looks disappointed, but Hammer-Beni is compassionate. Madeline is a tad upset. Being a four-year-old is tough!

A huge disappointment. Clearly, they’ll have to go on an expedition in search of things to hammer into oblivion. If I remember my childhood correctly, my brothers and I went on many such expeditions. If only Mom knew….

I thought the moose was made of resin. Oh, well.When she grows up she’ll probably do the same thing to her children. At a certain age she’ll understand what collectibles can mean to some people, and maybe even to herself. Nip it in the bud!

So, stuff from the flea market is now “heirloom”?
