They wanted to hang out and become Panther Chow.

I imagine Tarzan’s audience, especially those kids, are having a few good giggles at some of the stuff he’s been saying. Like in today’s panel 3 when he talks about tying the men to a leash! This comic strip re-telling of the original novel is so far doing a great job, in my view.

Out in the middle of that steaming jungle and they’re arguing?!

The three of them look like a kind of short charm bracelet.

These three panels convey very well the world of Tarzan in E. Rice Burroughs’s books. They treat the jungle environment as important as the human characters and also the humor around the situation of these mid century Englishmen reacting to the absurdity of their situation.

That top-hatted undertaker guy looks like he’s ready to grab Tarzan’s butt in the last panel. I wonder when Tarzan changed his hair style from the “Conan the Barbarian” mop, to that Greek, or Roman type with those spit curls on each side of his face? I guess by tomorrow proper introductions will be made to this pre-“Gilligan’s Island” group. The apes will be pretty upset when they find out Tarzan is hanging with a different crowd!Aloha, Bwana Q—-kicked off Kauai yet? :)=

I say let the wildlife eat them. Isn’t that one of the laws of the jungle?
