Rita is by far my favorite character, because shes your basic managerial overlord, I can see her TRYING to be nicer and kinder not that shes horribley mean now, but her mentality won’t allow her to succeed in that goal
bosses would be tolerable if they knew what they are doing. since reality is so much different than the textbook management course, we will still have inept, incompetent, overreacting, bosses.

Love the “halo”. Yes. I can see Rita being a kinder, more caring manager. In her own unique way. (it will go horribly wrong – for the staff)
