That’s something I’m glad (and everyone else is) that’s dying in both sitcoms and animated TV shows, both kids and adult(well it’s already dead in animated cartoons) and that’s the laugh track. Many of us find it annoying over the years.
Calm down,dbig! First,it’s (relatively) dark,according to the drawing;second,his back is turned,so she can’t see his face;third, she saw a suspicious-looking person hanging around her neighbor’s house;and finally how would she (or anybody) know that he’s employing a hair-brained scheme devised by his wife to break into their daughter’s bedroom to scare her into the arms of local cop Dwayne? For all intents and purposes,he looked like an intruder to the old lady. Gotta give it up for the LOL for being on the ball!

Where’s the laugh track? This strip should have a laugh track when the old neighbor is up to her wacky shenanigans.
