i just need to write this somewhere. I am currently on live chat with bell in canada trying to get them to reset my satellite receiver.

I thanked her for doing what i asked for an hour earlier and her reply was " You are very welcome!!"
I then said i hoped i didnt have to talk to her again and said bye. I’m not sure how i meant that last line, i think i was a little frustrated at that point.
