Reminds me of a true story. At a local school sports day ( elementary school), some decades ago, one boy ran in slow motion in the 100 metres. When he was asked why he had done it he replied that it was the way the six million dollar man ran. Imagination runs riot in the very young, just as it should. Although it can get embarrassing in later years.
Off the subject of today’s comic……..but does anyone know on what day on our calendar Nisan 14 falls this year? If you do, I would appreciate a reply and thank you for your help.
Based on some comments made three weeks or a month ago or so I was thinking that maybe Furnituremaker or Gato Cat or Rogue 53 might know. Or maybe someone else???
Back to the comic……ain’t imagination a wonderful thing?
Re bluskiesYou will only see last years eggs if you didn’t find them where they were hidden last year and happen to step on one of the old ones this year.
Good that we didn’t have a phone in the ’40’s, elsewise, I’d have turned out normal. Oh, them poor teachers, though. But they taught me incentive to be what I am today. Retired.
Calvin did what the rest of us have dreamed of doing. I slipped off betwen classes once and got a weeks detention. But it was such a pretty spring day.
I had a teacher like Ms. Wormwood when I was Calvin’s age. While I did have a big imagination, my home was not within distance where I could escape to it.
Hey Spiff, don’t forget to set the mertalizer on deep fat fry, there are bloatoids all over the joint, not to mention the mom police who have just been alerted….

It’s only a week until Easter. Don’t we get to see last year’s beautiful eggs again? I was kind of looking forward to seeing them once more.

How come Calvin wants to collect bugs now, when it was a school assignment in an earlier strip he waited until the morning his project was due?
GROG Premium Member over 12 years ago
Calvin’s about to go where no man has gone before when Mom gets through with him.
GROG Premium Member over 12 years ago
That may be so, but there are plenty more strips to go before the end is even near.

Awesome! But not very realistic, everyone knows magnetronic altitude-o-lators take about 5 minutes to pressurize.

I never got the sequence of magnetronic altitude-o-lators and turbo hyper-thrust drive down—so I never made it past the school door. . . .
