Wow, margueritem! What a pleasant surprise… Happy Easter!

Like mom’s going to buy that story. You should go to bed earlier, Calvin.

I think @hobbes said he would be back after Easter. Please come back soon, Hobbes—I have missed you.

Happy Easter everyone. Not too much of the bulgy cheeks routine looking like hamsters now.

Another great Sunday strip! The last panel is great.

Happy Easter as well. But anyway, Calvin can claim that a freak tornado is the reason for the mess.

This was one of the things Watterson liked most about the Sunday format being made larger-to be able to tell silent vignettes like this.

I have often wondered who in blazes makes such a mess of my bed while I am soundly sleeping.

They are chiondroxa, and the white ones are snowdrops. I used to have them, too, back in a colder climate. Also loved scilla siberica.

I felt like this this morning, too soon after a late night of liturgy!

But I got up anyway!

After nearly a half month of wet weather, Easter dawned clear and mild.. Blessed day to all !

That happens to me quite often.

This is what happens to me when I try to sleep in a sleeping bag – it’s like wrestling with a boa constrictor – yuck, bleah….
