Just fire a few people who provide services to you. That’ll make you feel much better.

Or send the jobs overseas. It’s worked wonderfully for the United States economy so far.

“Given to them, no matter what?”
The United States was founded on the principle that all had a right to life. That opportunity would be available for all, regardless of class. Think about what you’re saying. You’re a judgmental jerk if you think the poor are where they are out of their own fault, or that they deserve to be somehow penalized for that. Every civilized society has universal health care. It’s time for us to cut useless bureaucracy, bloated defense spending, and complex tax breaks and credits, and instead provide the people of america with the right to a healthy life.
And as for your other statements, yes, there is earmarking and cronyism among Democrats, just as there is among Republicans. We need to get rid of that. I don’t know what you’re talking about when you say Dems insist on “100% of what they demand” — O’Bomber’s been making concessions ever since he’s gotten into office.

The Statue of Liberty says, “Give us your poor”. What did you think we were going to do with them, if we weren’t going to help them?

Yearning to be FREE! Not yearning to get everything they can for free. Sheesh!

Hi, I’m new here and everywhere on gocomics. Disregarding the political stuff, has anyone else thought what a caviar bath might be like? Might be willing for my worst enemy to take one. The prevailing expression for disgusting seems to be ewwww! Not every expensive item is worth it.
