He's the BIG WHEEL in Santa's Workshop! CHUCKY THE ELF! Biff: Chucky, I must admit...I thought Santa's workshop would be a more jolly place! ELF: Hey, we're on a deadline Biff! It's not easy making toys for so many kids! It's a year-round job! We elves have no lives except for working our fingers to the bone in this toy shop! BIFF: So you don't get out much, eh? ELF: Not at all. And let me tell you, it's tough to fill these work orders with absolutely no knowledge of the outside world! BIFF: Doesn't Santa let you watch TV? ELF: Only "Teletubbies." That's how he keeps us docile.
