Ah, Norman Love Chocolates. I received a box as a thank you present years ago (the gratitude returned well out-weighed the effort of my assistance in the situation, but who am I are argue with a nice thank you). They are akin to a fine wine or decent Scotch – crafted for savoring, not “fer chugging’ down”. Some people see them as overpriced, but I disagree. Quality versus quantity (I would have been happy with a 1 pound bag of M&Ms, but this took me to a whole new level of enjoyment. (No, I do not work for the company. Just really enjoy their product. Like test-driving a Yugo versus a Cadillac.)
So they’re real. I meant to google them the other day, but forgot. At about $2 per piece, that is quite a luxury. That was a thoughtful thank-you, emjaycee! One I wouldn’t mind, either. Nana better check to see that she still has all her fingers.
