That’s the best way to lose weight and keep it off!

And a health club will never put a smile on your face the way a puppy will.

I have had fur people companions for the last 16 yrs, all pound puppies and they have given me far more than I have been able to give them.

mine actually used to run five-K races with me, had his own number, was trained to stop at finish line and let me go across first…he still gets junk mail from running-shoe companies, and he crossed his finish line many years ago..
