This strip used to be a lot funnier. Now every joke is just “Rita’s stupid.” John and Scott have either lost their creativity or are hell bent on pushing the Occupy movement.
i don’t know what the strip used to be like. i am new here. i like what i saw in the archives, and what i see now. Mr. Zakour and Mr. Roberts and doing far better than i could ever do. and i see plenty of other characters.
I don’t know how Rita stays employed. Even if her father owned the company, her stupidity would have to be detrimental to her long-term employment chances.
Scott: We received a Memo(e-mail) like that once…. Unfortunately 1 week earlier we had received a Memo (e-mail) suggesting that any memos be saved, FLIPPED OVER and the blank side of the paper be used to print memos thus saving paper. Just for fun we waited 3 days to see if they caught it at the office…..They DIDN’T!
I actually came on board in 2008, but my drawing approach changed a lot during the first year. The same was true when Kyle Miller started. Rita’s current hairstyle came out of John’s idea that she hired Steve Wozniak to give her a makeover. I decided to make it stick, and eventually liked the new look better. The writing has changed some, though. Gags come more out of personality than props now. Many new characters joined through the years, and they halped change the flavor a bit.

Well you have a mechanical dog. How about a cat?If you don’t have one, try Rockngolfer’s Rent-A-Cat.

I love that roy is looking like he’s lost a bit of weight in this strip. Are we going to get an update on his and kathy’s Weight Watchers?

Actually, I am open to all feedback as I can always improve and since we get paid by the impressions the more people that read the better. :)

I like this strip a lot; not seeing the Occupy Movement at all.

Scott, you are very gracious. It’s a pleasure to see these days.
