Back where I grew up, they had a parking test on-site. If you failed to park properly, they didn’t even let you out on the roads for the rest of the test. I guess they could weed out some of the worst drivers safely that way.

Little Rock Ark. has a liquor store with a drive-up window. No store you can go in side of, just a window.
