Dog’s just trying to apologize, not his fault. We get frozen prepared Salisbury steak, and a lot of times I give the disposable tray, with all the extra gravy to my dog. He happened to step in the tray to keep it from slipping away while he was eating the gravy, then tracked up the kitchen with gravy paw prints. Not his fault, I kind of felt like an idiot as I was mopping the kitchen floor though.

Yes we live and learn with animals. Just be happy your dog is smart enough to (hold) on to the tray.
