He’s clearly saying that HER family will kill her — and if they don’t her former colleagues WILL try as well. Accidents do happen, especially when you have so many enemies they’re likely to trip over each other in their haste to do you in. The feds won’t have to lift a finger to hurt her, they just have to set her free.
