If it was a campaign contribution, I can see the problem. But I’m still not seeing the problem with Warbucks, or any real billionaire, contributing directly to a public work, open or secret, good or bad. I hate Common Core (and No Child Left Behind), but I don’t see Bill Gates helping to bankroll it as the corruption.

There isn’t a prison large enough to hold all the Americans who hold Congress in contempt….
