Sure will, particularly when they get “ripe.” A body will out-gas (I think that’s the right term) as the internal tissues start to decay. if there’s no escape for the gases, like a puncture wound, and the body isn’t weighted down this out-gassing will cause a body to rise to the surface. That’s why military burials at sea (when such things were done) usually had the body sewed in a canvas bag along with rocks or cannonballs, and mobsters dumped bodies into the river, lake, ocean with “cement overshoes.”
