I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If this is Canada, we don’t have sheriffs as law enforcement officers (sheriffs in Canada are officers of the court), and generally small towns like this small resort town don’t have their own police forces, they contract local policing out to the RCMP. This guy wouldn’t pass the physical for the RCMP ever.
