    Morning, Anniephans!

Annie seems always to be in the middle of something.

Here’s the link to the 2006 Annie story, “What Bugs You.”

SAM’S SCHOOL for SUPERVILLAINSBayonne, NJLesson #18: Leaving TracesAs anticipated, the kid’s “Daddy” is starting to dig, utilizing his vast resources to learn the identity of our budding bad guy. Of course, if our case study has ANY brains at all, none of his “front” corporations will be in HIS name. In fact, if he’s played his cards right, his name won’t turn up anywhere at all – just a bunch of aliases. Can people still figure out who he really is? Certainly – just as security systems, fences, dogs and weapons won’t stop every last person determined to break into the average home, so aliases and “front” entities won’t stop the most motivated authorities from finding out who’s at the heart of the criminal enterprise. But it WILL slow them down, hopefully long enough for the aspiring antagonist to either withdraw and cover his tracks or to come up with a Plan B (or C, D… Q – whatever it takes). Does our case study have such foresight? We’ll see…
