Here’s the link to the 2007 Annie story, “Lawe and Erder.”
Why are they speaking English to each other? They should be speaking their language, and we should be reading a colloquial English translation. This pidgin is annoying, but the story is interesting. I couldn’t do any better.
Some strips do show foreign languages by offsetting the English with braces or other typographical characters. I wish Annie did also.
