Good morning, VistaBill!I see Sam’s keeping true to form with his love for classic sci-fi. Looks like he enjoys Douglas Adams along with Terry Pratchett.
Mornin’ all! 3 thoughts about today’s strip:1) “What are you arresting me for?” Ah, Thunderchild plays stupid; no, he’s not playing. (Don’t all bad guys say that?)2) Love Sam quoting Douglas Adams (too bad TC doesn’t have a Babelfish to help him understand it). 3) Until the last panel, I didn’t realize how big TC is!
Just love the justice here, and I hope that Patty Cure will take Thunderbreath to the next level and if he has anything at all other than those leotards and boots sue him. Ha ha ha, I know it’s just a strip (could it be a real life scenario? … naa … a … ?…. naaaa. ? However, I cannot help but to love it.
I doubt Thunderchild has been working for Mr. Crime. His stealing of the charity money was too poorly planned and his breaking of Patty’s leg was just plain stupid.
You’re goin’ to prison Thunderpunk. Now, “Don’t panic.” And always carry a towel. And, long live Goldberg, Undertaker, and the guy who’s body looked the most like Thunderkid to me, The Ultimate Warrior.
@Sydney Phillips Frankly, Doubleup doesn’t strike me as the yes-man type, either. But he now works for Mr. Crime. Mr. Crime may have a need for muscle from the neck up.
What am I doing here? I thought this wrestling dream sequence was over..We are split down the middle whether or not to continue your story..Patty Duke called and asked again if I look more like her first husband John Astin or Sam the Butcher from the Brady Bunch..Sam, Sam, Sam, stop looking in the mirror all the time..Well, if you did Dick, You would notice that you have dramatically shrunk in this panel!!!
I’m no cop, but you NEVER allow a captive to sit in the backof you without some other cop sitting next to him otherwisehe puts his cuffed hands around your neck and causes atraffic accident. Of course, there might be an invisible copnext to Thunderchild. Okinawan Ace.

I actually thought Sam would say, “Time wounds all heels.” It seems more appropriate in this situation.

Thunderchild is too dumb to work for Mr Crime. Speaking of Mr Crime, get ready for a week of his gang.

Meanwhile " The Phantom " is proving to be a capable wrestler on another channel. I’m just saying …

Oh, wow… I just realized. March 11 is the birthday of Douglas Adams. Could it be that Panel Three was a brilliant shout-out to the author’s memory?

It’s just a pop culture reference like, say “May the force be with you”

Today marks the passing of another fictional LEO, Lt. Bradshaw, a staple in the cases of Nick Danger, Third Eye. RIP Peter.
