Yes, listing all the diagnoses, surgeries, etc., on the office form can take all morning!
My daughter made a copy for new appts. The spaces are too smallon the forms. I made copies of prescriptions also.
Why do they bother asking? Doctors can never fix any of those things.
And prescribe medications with some bad side effects. I don’t take any medications that will cause more problems.
Every appointment ends the same. The doc says,‘Here is a new pill, make another appontment.’
Sounds like a setup to me!
