Now that I have become a plugger I can relate to this"toxic fume" scenario. I have smelled those “new car smells”. But when I was a kid I never did because my plugger Dad always insisted the windows stayed closed so that his cigarette would not burn faster with the air rushing through the car. New or old, his car always smelled like a Camel.

I wonder if 50 years from now our grandchidlren will look back and label our times as when insanity ruled the earth.

    Be blessed.

Toxic new car fumes make me sick. I used to wonder if I was the only one who didn’t like that “new-car smell.”

They just get sick the old fashioned way from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Good one. New car smell makes me nauseous. Never could understand the charm. last time I bought a car, I asked them to leave all the windows open for a while before I drove it home.
