Web toed salamanders flee predators by rolling into wheels and tumbling down hill! There is only one naturally occurring radioactive gas- radon, and it rises from the ground in small amounts all around the world! Britain's King George I brought a feral boy, found in the forests of Germany, to live among his court as a pet! Peter the Wild Boy, as he was named, even wore a collar bearing his name and address.

What if the web-toed salamander is on level ground? I suppose the predator wins and it’s all down hill for the salamander.

Yes, and if the salamander ‘rolls into wheels’ that are rolling, it will be flattened. :o)

The salamander’s favorite song is Fat Man by Jethro Tull:
“We’ll just roll down a mountain and show the fat man who wins!”

George I (born Georg Louis in Hannover) was German, and likely brought this boy with him when he became king of England.

It seems the madness, or at least the jerkery, of George III was partly hereditary.

Peter the Wild Boy would make a great novel. I won’t mind reading it. I wonder if he was ever tamed?

Helium, the lightest naturally occurring gas on earth, also rises from the ground in small amounts all around the world, and it is formed by other radioactive elements.
