Tia Carmen: Baldo, you remember Mrs. Herrera? Tia Carmen: And Mrs. Marquez from church? Tia Carmen: And this is her niece, Estella. Baldo: How've you been? Can I show you some of our fine merchandise today?
“Mrs. Herrera” and “Mrs. Marquez from church” were two distinct introductions. If both were mentioned in the same panel, reading “You remember Mrs. Herrera and Mrs. Marquez from church?” you might have had a point, but it’s clear to me that Estella is Mrs. Marquez’s niece.

I remember Estella! Baldo met her last summer.

Hadn’t seen Estella in a while. Baldo needs to have some drama in his life.

Drama? I’m hoping for Romantic Comedy, myself.
