They are. I don’t know why they haven’t just paid Rat a bunch of money to kill Zebra. Of course, he’d probably just betray them for more money….

About week ago or so, Rat said he dislikes people that say “whom.” In the middle panel, he contradicted himself!

People who think that “all-natural” things are good for you should try a nice poison ivy salad for lunch.

did rat not just use the word “whom”?? dude’s spent to much time in the lab recently would explain the short term memory loss.

The way Rat sees it, it’s a “Rat eat everybody else” world.

I’ve discovered that Rat is two things: A realist and a hypocrite.

Leave it to Rat to spoil someone’s day.

Ok, there is just so much wrong with that idea, Pig. First you gotta eventually use the bathroom to relieve yourself. Just picture the pile and the stench as you relieve yourself in the living room. Then there’s food and drink, someone’s gonna have to leave the living room to go get it (and we all know Rat will force Pig to be that someone). And food and drink (particulary beer for Rat) will have to be replaced in the fridge which means you’ll have to go to the store eventually. Which means someone has to go to work to pay for it. Yeah, there’s delievery services for food and folks can work from home, but as that pile gets bigger and bigger and the smell gets worse and worse none of the delivery guys are going to want to show up at the house or to pick up anything that you guys may try to put out (like Rat’s Danny Donkey strips).

I love these landscapes. Bob Ross would be proud. Pastis even drew a friend for the tree on the right. And I love the extra reflections of tree trunks in the water.Cartoonist of Light!

Ah, the peace of Nature…because we’re at the top…except if you look up and out of your own frame…you see the people and forces shaping YOUR world and existence…you live only because THEIR peace is a piece of YOU…like ants let aphids live, because they excrete a sweet? try telling the guy…if you can find him…the one who owns your congressman and Supreme Court?
