Its his hands. See, he’s hiding his right behind his back. His hands are dirty.

Maybe not the best PR for the museum, but “Dirty Harry” the guard is much more vigilant and effective than (probably) all the other guards put together!

I wonder if Dirty Harry is going to bust Moondog over the Minor Terra-Cota Minoan figurine incident.
