Hey, if you feel threatened by conservatives, you can shoot and kill them in 26 states without facing arrest or even investigation. It’s the American way.
Yohann, you will be unpleasantly surprised if this ever reaches the Supremes – because Zimmerman was told by the cops NOT to follow Trayvon. They needn’t favor Trayvon – they need only look at Zimmerman’s actions.BTW: the Constitution is open to interpretation, and capable of change. Ad that’s a damn good thing!
Those two scare me too, a lot! They have agendas that I don’t understand how anyone can really believe the kind of things the approve of and vote for! Besides that justice Thomas has conflict of interest and has done things you or I would be sent to prison for but is OK to the justices. This is NOT Right!
“democrats only like laws when they favor them”=======That is the epitome of logic. Play along with a little game here and substitute various nouns:1) Republicans only like laws when they favor them.2) Hollywood only likes actors when they favor them.3) Gun-nuts only favor guns when they like them.4) Criminals only like hoodies when they favor them.5) Prostitutes only favor johns when they like them. This could go on forever!!!!For what purpose?Did you intend some obscure relevance?
The unchanging principle of the constitution presuppose that the founding fathers were able to look into the future so far as to behold everything that has changed in this country in over 200 years. The proposition is nonsense on the fact of it. That is why they allowed for amendments. Sadly, they didn’t realize how hard it would be to get some people to accept progress.

Oh yes…so scary of them for upholding the Constitution as it was written, rather than imagining thing there that aren’t.

Jeff, of course they wear hoodies when walking. In the cold reptiles go to sleep. They need to stay warm if they’re going for a walk

Flash forward: This pair is arrested for jaywalking and subject to strip search. A dream whose time has come.

Wrongswrong, again. Now that “unitary executive” of Cheney/Bush, nothing in that tried to ignore the “separation of powers” at all.

Why do I get a flash back to Catholic priests with that line?
