Granddad knows best. There was one recipe I had always heard from my paternal grandmother (she died before Dad ever met Mom in college; BYU to be exact) was a horseradish sauce. Sadly, the recipe was never passed down.

My grandmother fixed boiled goat, prepared her own horseradish, and made sauerkraut in the kitchen.
Uh-oh! Liver and onions! Run!
Why do they call it “common sense” when it’s so rare?
