I have sometimes asked friends what they would like their legacy to be, or what they thought it might be. Sadly, many didn’t have one and had never considered it.

And it sure wouldn’t be Opal either. Nelson, maybe?

One way I help people is—Even though I have CP & I walk with cruthes, I do a walk-a-thon for ALS in Saddle Brook, NJ . A friend’s mom passed away because of the horrible disease. Three years ago I raised about $1, 000 myself.Due to hip replacement surgery, I missed the last 2 years. As of now I plan on walking this year.
