    We used to have banana “trees” growing in our garden when I was a child in Australia. One day my cousin and I sat on the back steps and ate nearly all of the yellow demons. I haven’t touched one since – 52 years ago.

    when i was a teenager i worked in the produce section of a grocery store and we always had to check the bananas when they came in for some weird poison spiders that lived in the bunches! only ever saw one but thank god someone killed it before anyone got bit!
