I’m amazed at how many people don’t know that.

I have a portrait of Colonel Sanders in my chicken house to boost egg production. “There are two kinds of chickens in the world, layers and fryers. Which one are you going to be?”

….. or they don’t understand the meaning of a “fumble”…

Actually, it has long been cowhide. I can’t even find evidence that it was ever pigskin, certainly not in my rather lengthy lifetime. Lincoln’s favorite riddle: If you call a sheep’s tail a leg, how many legs does a sheep have? Four, calling a tail a leg does not make it one. Likewise, calling it pigskin doesn’t make it that.

MeGoNow: After they stop laying, they better be broilers, because they will be too tough for fryers.

When I see “SQUEAL”, it takes me back to a Burt Reynolds movie—-DELIVERANCE"—when men were made to squeal out in the woods during a canoe or white water rafting trip. 1970’s I believe.
