Maybe you should turn off the computer at bed time……
My sons leave their puters on overnight. I think I must be the only person that shuts his puter down when I go to bed. But I am 80 yo!
Shut off that computer when you are done for the day. It saves a lot on your electric bill!
I always shut mine down for the night.
